Hey! I was just about to post something about that, but you beat me too it. Isn't that the greatest picture ever? I hope she gets a great big framed copy to hang over the mantle and show to her grandchildren some day.
i) Uday had a YAHOO mail account!?!?!
ii) More power to Felicia. I just hope those palaces still had hot running water, so the troops could get a well-deserved shower.
Yes, Uday had a Yahoo mail account.
Josh Marshall is as fantasted as you are.
Infantrywoman? Since when does the army let women in the Infantry?
I could not have resisted, either, I'm happy to say.
YAY, Felicia!!!

Next Month in PLAYBOY:
Women of the Baghdad Invasion.
I, too, hope that Felicia can get a nice enlargemment of that TIME photo. Not only just the thing for the living room wall, but think of the personalized Christmas cards she could do.
I wonder if she's now getting fan mail?
Another photo of the oh, so photogenic Felicia Harris can be found here: http://www.nypost.com/seven/04122003/news/worldnews/33978.htm
Pity it's so small, though.
InfantryWOMAN is incorrect. The US Army still bars women from infantry, artillery and armor. That does not mean however that women don't see combat. There is more to being in the infantry than having a rifle.
K thompson has never been in the military, or so it appears. The Infantry is a specific branch of the Army and there are NO infantrywomen. They can serve at headquarters of certain combat units in the Infantry and other combat arms branches, but they are never Infantry. They are soldiers. Despite my involvement in direct combat in the first Desert Go-Round and in Somalia, I was never an Infantryman. I was in Intel. There's a difference. I still like the picture. Good for her.
