Her and Alfred Bergeron's marriage contract, dated 1 May 1901, was notarized at Roberval, which is, like Saint-Prime and Saint-Bruno, a small now near Lake Saint-Jean at the head of the Saguenay.
In the 1891 census of Canada she is listed at Notre Dame de Lac St Jean, Chicoutimi and Saguenay, Quebec, Canada, parents Jean Baptise and Virginie Bouchard.
The 1911 census has her living with her husband and six children in Saint-Prime, and gives the month as well as the year of her birth.
She entered the US from Canada with her husband Alfred on 18 Nov 1915, at Newport, Vermont; the record of that crossing gives her age as 31 and her birthplace as Roberval.
Massachusetts, U.S., Death Index, 1901-1980 contains an index listing for a Mary Louise Bergeron, birth surname Bouchard, who died in Ashburnham, Massachusetts in 1954. But the 1953 city directory of St. Albans, Vermont has "Bergeron Mary L wid Alfred" living there.Children:

Her Vermont death certificate gives her birth as 12 Apr 1846 in Québec; it also gives her parents as "Frances Dezotell" and "Roselda Frechette." But the handwritten record of her 12 April 1856 baptism in Marieville, Quebec clearly shows her parents as François Désautels and Rosalie Seguin (or Sequin). And the Vermont record of her 1867 marriage to Charles Pudvah (given here as Charles Potevin) names her parents as François Désautels and Rosalie Seguin. Perhaps Frechette was a "dit" surname in Rosalie Seguin's family; or perhaps Rosalie Seguin, for whom we have not found a death date, died early and Marie Rosalie Désautels was raised by a subsequent wife named Frechette.Children:
