Notes - He was made a Knight of the Bath and the coronation of Henry IV in 1399. Justice of the Peace for Lancashire, 1404. Knight of the shire for Lancashire, 1406. Indentured himself 29 Apr 1415 in order to serve Henry V's first expedition to Normandy. Died of the pestilence at the siege of Harfleur.
