Notes - Emigrated 1635. First at Lynn, then at Sandwich, which town he is said to have named.
The Tupper Family Association notwithstanding, there is no particular reason to believe that he was the Thomas Tupper baptized 28 Jan 1578 in Sussex, son of Henry Tupper. Nor are we aware of evidence that Ann was the third wife of the emigrant Thomas Tupper (supposedly preceded by Katherine Gator and Susan Turner), or that Ann's birth surname was Colson or Hodgson.
