  Emigrated in 1630 on the Mary and John. "[O]rdained at Silverton, Devon, 23 May 1619, he was first at Crewkerne but ousted by Laud, then Bishop of Bath and Wells; then at St. Sidwell's by Exeter, and at Dorchester, Mass., 1630-36, after which he was a prime founder of Windsor.
