  Also spelled Hepzibah, Hephzibah, Hephaibah, Hepseber. Surname also spelled Canfield. Possibly a daughter of John Kentfield and Dorcas House, but Dorcas was probably born too early to be this Hepzibah's mother. Notably, if Hepsibah were this couple's daughter, she would be a great-great grandaughter of Nathaniel Phelps (1653-1719) and Grace Martin (1656-1727), making TD an eighth cousin once removed to TNH.
