Notes - She is often given as Ann Bourne, on the basis of the unproven proposition that the Thomas Brownell who died in 1665 was the same Thomas Brownell who married an Ann Bourne on 20 Mar 1638 in the parish of St. Benet, Paul's Wharf, London.
On 24 Oct 1666 she and William Long were indicted "for owning one another man and wife" despite the magistrates' having forbidden them to do so.
