  Sometimes called William Woodward. The 1902 "Additions and Corrections" to Charles Henry Pope's The Pioneers of Massachusetts says that Thomas Browne's "[d]au. Mary m. first William Woodhead, of Chelmsford, whose conduct made it necessary for Mr. Browne to write two letters to the governor in Dec. 1670".
