  Coroner for Kent, 1279. Conservator of peace and commissioner to enforce the Statute of Westminster, 1287. He was summoned to serve in the expedition against the Scots, 8 Jan 1298. He is recorded as having died by 18 July of that year, so he may have died in that campaign.
