  The Great Migration: Immigrants to New England, 1634-1635, Volume I calls him "of Holme-upon-Spalding-Moor, Lancashire, which is incorrect. Holme-upon-Spalding-Moor is in the East Riding of Yorkshire, far away from Lancashire. There is no location inside Lancashire with that name.
