• Notes

  He was an architect. Just a year before his death, he built a Georgian-style house for his family at 115 Berkeley Street in Toronto; it was designated a City of Toronto Heritage Property on 20 Jun 1973, and is marked with a plaque. He died when he fell from construction-site scaffolding at Queen and Yonge streets; the fall killed him instantly.
