Notes - She is probably the Sarah Reynolds shown as born 11 Aug, year not known, to George and Hannah Reynolds of North Kingstown, in Vital Records of Rhode Island 1636-1850, first series, volume 5, page 95. Hannah could be a mistake for Joanna. She was definitely a daughter of George and Joanna Reynolds; George called her "Sarah Wells" in his will.
