• Notes

  Arrived in 1635; first at Cambridge, then Boston by 1657. He was a dyer. A grandson, Joseph Bradish (1672-1700), son of his son Joseph, became a notorious pirate, who was ultimately captured and sent to London along with William Kidd, and tried and executed there.
