• Notes

  Marshal of Mirepoix. Seigneur of Lévis. He joined the campaign of Charles I Etienne d'Anjou, brother of King Louis IX, in Italy and fought at the head of troops from Provence in Charles' victory at the Battle of Benevento on 26 February 1266 over the army of Manfredo of Sicily, in which Manfredo was killed.
