But in fact she was born on Cape Cod, either at Eastham or Orleans, a daughter of Eleazar Walker and Sarah "Sally" Snow: Transcribed from Maine, Births and Christenings, 1739-1900, Film #007595732 [Lincolnville, Waldo County], image 29 of 229, on familysearch.org: "Elijah Wentworth Son of Elijah and Rebecca Wentworth born in Stoughton Sep. 26th 1775 married to Lucy Walker daughter of Eliezer and Sally Walker born at Cape Cod October 20th 1773. Came to reside in Lincolnville [illegible]." From George Ernest Bowman, "Eastham and Orleans, Mass., Vital Records."
