    • He is on the Dover, New Hampshire tax list from 1668 to 1672. He appears to have removed to York, Maine around 1674. Sometime between 1685 and 1692 he left York; some evidence indicates he was in Newbury, Massachusetts in and/or around 1693. By 1704 he was in Punkapaug, now Canton, Massachusetts.
