• Notes

  He is on the Dover, New Hampshire tax list from 1668 to 1672. He appears to have removed to York, Maine around 1674. Sometime between 1685 and 1692 he left York; some evidence indicates he was in Newbury, Massachusetts in and/or around 1693. By 1704 he was in Punkapaug, now Canton, Massachusetts.
