  Sheriff of Cornwall, 1316; Under-Sheriff of Cornwall, 1317. "He and his brother, John, were taken prisoner at the battle of Boroughbridge in 1322. Henry was subsequently hung, drawn, and quartered for his homicides, and his estates forfeited. In 1323 miracles were said to be worked by his body, then hanging in chains at Bristol."
