Notes - Emigrated to Dorchester, Massachusetts in 1630 on the Mary and John. Removed to Windsor in 1635.
Robert Charles Anderson says that he may have been a brother of TSW and DDB ancestor George Phelps (1613-1687), who emigrated in 1634 and who was, like William, initially at Dorchester, then second at Windsor.
