  • Notes
    • He was a brother of Edmund Rice (~1594-1663), of Sudbury in Suffolk, then Sudbury, Massachusetts and Marlborough, Massachusetts. Edmund married, as his first wife, Thomasine Frost (1600-1653), younger sister of Henry's wife Elizabeth Frost. In 1642, in Sudbury, Massachusetts, Henry Rice's son-in-law John Moore purchased a four-acre houselot and an additional parcel of 22 acres from Edmund Rice, at the same time buying from Edmund's son Henry a house and cowhouse.
