    • Also called William de Vivonne or de Vivonia, but according to Douglas Richardson (SGM, 13 Dec 2003), this William is nowhere on record calling himself anything but William de Forz, or (as Rosie Bevan pointed out the next day) variants such as Fort, Fortibus, etc. However, his father and both of his daughters used the Vivonne name.
