  He has to have died before 9 Oct 1680, when his brother-in-law Andrew Rosewall's will refers to Andrew's sister Mary as "widow." The Hugh Rosemenewes for whose estate letters of administration were issued at St. Ives on 13 Oct 1696 was perhaps a son.
