         <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The startling thing about that is that it takes about an hour and a half for it all to come down.  I know a big percentage of that is probably liquids and small particles, but still.</p>

<p>Wonder if they're going to be watching those areas in the coming years for increases in health problems?</p>]]>
