Is it possible to flip the shirt designs to place the main text block on the back instead? While the sonnets deserve close attention, I would rather entertain someone stuck in line behind me than someone staring at my chest.

Has Cafepress's quality control improved?

A year or some back, I got a selection of Transylvania Polygnostic University stuff from them- a pair of TPU boxers which lasted about three wearings and four TPU coffee cups which faded horribly in the washing machine.

The shirt labeled "infernokrusher jr. ringer" seems to have the entropy sonnet on it. Very nice sonnet, but not at all in keeping with the infernokrusher manifesto!

The shirts can indeed have the text on the back. Will require some redesign to add the store address, but will go into the to-do queue. (I suppose we could do an Infernokrusher pocket logo for those.)

Since we're all asking nicely...

Given Sandy's experiences--and our generally cold climate up here in the northeast--I'd love the Infernocrusher T-shirt in the organic cotton, or another relatively heavy material.

I admit that the sleeveless version is much more appropriate, but I just don't have the biceps to pull it off.

Back-and-front shirts are now up (check views, as not every item is available with back printing). At the moment, all of the items have the same printing, but we're working on a front-pocket emblem, for those who prefer a little forward discretion.

Also in progress is a larger store, which will allow Stuff to be available with multiple designs. (For making that possible, many thanks to the people who Bought Things.)

Dan, there are yellow, light green, and "ash grey" shirts. Which design were you interested in, and what color shirt? (If you want a look, go to cafepress.com, click the "make your own stuff" button, and look at the examples.)

Of those choices, definitely ash grey for me, but I'm sure there are people who would want yellow or green. I have some interest in all of the designs. Is there a limit on how many variations you can have in one store? (I know very little about CafePress.)

Dan: in the "basic store" (the one that doesn't cost anything to run) you can have one design per product, though the designs can be changed freely (they print to order, so there's no inventory). The "Premium store," which costs $5 a month, allows multiple designs, as well as a number of other options. I've been waiting to see if we'd break even on that before upgrading the store, and that looks plausible now.

err. . .looking back on my post, the coffee cups faded in the dishwasher.

"Washing machine" seems like it should be a more generic term than it is. (First line of defense: blame the English Language.) Dish washing machines, clothes washing machines, giant flaming air scrubbers with rotating sharp bits. Washing machines one and all.

It is possible that Cafepress has improved their quality. A friend of mine got a tote bag that says "I Punch Bitches" [1] a couple years ago, and it looked fine last time I saw it.

[1] She ordered one that said "Brunchma.com", and got the IPB bag instead. She decided it was a free upgrade.
