Just FYI, the North American hardcover and ebook editions of my and David Hartwell’s massive anthology Twenty-First Century Science Fiction went on sale yesterday. (The UK edition, from Constable & Robinson, will be published on November 21.) To quote the starred Kirkus review: “Grab this book. Whether newcomer or old hand, the reader will not be disappointed.”
Also available as of yesterday: Some of the Best from Tor.com, 2013 edition, Tor.com’s third annual free-as-in-free-beer e-book presenting a selection of the stories published on our site during the previous year.
Boughterated! On kindle. Can't wait to read!
Congrats on the io9 mention!
Boughtsified. In my Nook App. Looking forward to it!
Boughtened 2 (Electric Boogaloo, Kindle variety).
The Minuteman Library Network (north and west of Boston) has ordered at least ten copies.
Well, I did just get my graduate stipend for the month... just need to decide if I want the ebook or the hardcover.
Bought! Hard copy. So I shall be eagerly anticipating the arrival of the mail.
Bought. Well, I put it in my amazon.co.uk shopping trolley and then pushed it down the aisle very fast and let go.
Apparently it will reach the checkout in a couple of weeks.
My parents asked me what I wanted for Christmas. So I said an e-reader. This will enable me to get hold of a copy, but it won't be just yet.
(I don't buy hardbacks for reasons of space; this house is already bursting with books.)
I appear to have ordered it already. According to the Great South American River it should be in my hot little hands next week.
Woot! I plan to pick it up when I'm at Powell's next week to hear Scott Lynch. I sold a bunch of books to make room for a whiteboard ("The Big Wall of Plot") in my office after Viable Paradise and have a lovely Powell's gift card to spend.
He bought a book. Good.
