Serendipitous article for me. 4 points on the quiz all my life, 11
points if you count the last year, 21 points since three days ago
when my doctor ordered a lab for another reason and found a blood
glucose level of 217, ugh.
So my doctor told gave me some dietary advice and some glipazide,
and instructions on buying and using a home blood glucose meter.
Whee, new medical adventure....
