I find it surprising that I haven't seen any mention of the fact that Jack Williamson has passed away. He was published in nine decades (in the twenties and forth), and was a giant in the field. May he rest in peace.

If I'm not misremembering, Sasoon was one of the people that Robert Graves wrote about in Goodbye to All That. He seemed a very impressive young man, whose life was ended way too early.
Am I the only one having problems accessing the article? Hopefully I can do so at a later stage.
The journalists have done a tremendous job of covering the disaster. Journalists from other news outlets have also been good (I've evenm been impressed by some of the Fox people), but nothing like the T-P staff.
And somehow I overlooked the fact that Dave had posted the news already. Sorry for the redundant post.
I expect everyone have heard the news about Andre Norton, but I thought I'd mention it anyway.
