Marry at will, without blessing of court or constitution. The real union's in the heart and if enough people just get civilly disobedient and marry anyway, the tide will wash away the impediments of those worshipping the false god.
I still don't believe a connection between Al Qaida and fafblog has been proven. That meeting in Hamburg was just a blind date set up by his semi-Jewish aunt and the veal marsala was undercooked.
I'd also not overlook Henry Gonzalez (TX) and am surprised more Democrats aren't citing his efforts. Had he been given more attention on so many matters, so much would not have come back to haunt us since.
Aside from the primaries talk, if folks like Michael Moore or the Thomasons want to have a longterm impact on national electoral politics, they should do a movie on all he tried to spare us from.
Electability is an issue for Democratic activists, which a majority of primary participants are. I still think most Americans vote their wallet plus the vision a candidate provides of tomorrow's betterment.
At this point, it's hard to determine electability, imo. I know that Dean's a damn good campaigner that flubbed it in the clutch.... once. Kerry was a bad campaigner whose best work was done in the 60s and 70s, but he's gotten better. Maybe the Gore endorsement woke him up. Maybe having Kennedy by his side for two weeks was a gimmick that can't be replicated for long.
The top three are the only ones who've showed any of the fire to take on Rove, but it's still too early for me to make an 'electability' argument for one over the other.
Full disclosure: I started with Kerry and switched to Dean around Thanksgiving. But not just on electability. His record's impressive too.
For performance, I found cable far superior to DSL. I recently had to call a Comcast tech out when I changed out computers; no charge. Cool.

Hope you get your complaint resolved; it sure sounds fishy that he'd supply parts at a cost without giving you the option to refuse, no matter if the service call charge is legit. It's a sloppy way to do business, imo.

Working with natural allies can be useful. Fighting about the past serves no useful purpose except further alienation.
The Bush voters committed the rape; all others qualify as victims.
The number of adults eligible to vote, who didn't, outpolled Bush & Gore. What, no critique of them for feeling too alienated to bother? Both major parties have serious problems to address and the energy spent on the blame game would be more useful rebuilding the Democrats into a true majority party like it was before.
All the raw materials are there to make it happen except the commitment to make it happen.
As far as the 'effectiveness' debate, I should think the nude pictures of Ann Coulter would suffice. He might not provide useful information, but compelled to become gay, the worst he'd do for the rest of his life would be threatening to redecorate your parlor.
It's hard to fashion a graceful way to put congratulations and condolences in the same sentence.
Both are genuine expressions of my feelings. My condolences surely outweigh though. Somehow I sense that Grandma made a lot of her own light; I trust Teresa will continue to reflect it, along with her own.
