Everything about Horizons makes me suspect that Miranda successfully infiltrated Harlequin's management level.

Re: #10, are her supporters capable of staying within the lines if they pick up Going Rouge instead of Going Rogue? Will the public be safer? I mean, can we trust her supporters with sharp pointy things even if they're make of wax?
I urge everyone to take part in it. If enough votes appear for a writing scam we just might see a separate article emerge that could save many writers from throwing away their money and dreams and accelerate the demise of some of the writing scams at the same time.
So the wingnuts still insist that a minority has to accomplish more than a non-minority to qualify for recognition? That's how it appears to me with all their claims that the President hasn't accomplished anything.

As an experiment, I posted a book over at Scribd titled Karmic Warrior. I'd hoped to see how well the payment system worked there but missed the button for setting a price. Consequently, it's set at free and I've decided to leave it there just to see how much traffic it gets.
This is not a request for anyone to go read it or rate it. Just thought I'd let you know that I'm tracking it to see how well it does as a free book on a site where it's sure to be completely buried. Eventually, I'll start reporting the statistics over at P&E. This you might want to pass along to others who might be interested in how some books fare.
By the way, it's been seen (presumably downloaded and read) by over 50 individuals and rated at 4.5 out of 5 stars. Not bad for absolutely no publicity or marketing up to now.
The best way to handle this is to cut Bob off from his victims by alerting any advertisers he uses of the results of the civil suit where the judge declared he was conducting a fraud. In fact, that might be why those instructions to employees exists. His advertising efforts may already be in the process of being blocked.
I think Google and other businesses selling advertising should receive a copy of the judge's finding on Fletcher or a link to it. They might not want to sell him anymore advertising since that would make them his willing accomplices in an ongoing fraud.
Just the usage of those aliases should be enough for a competent AG to base a case of fraud upon.
A copy of that ruling should be provided to the Florida Attorney General. It just might inspire him to take more positive action in shutting down Fletcher's activities.
From the EULA quoted in #40, "you will not encourage"! Talk about taking away free will, among other things, that's outrageous.
I seem to recall there was an attempt a few years ago for browsers to perform an inspection of computers connected to the Internet for the purpose of finding unlicensed and illegal copies of various programs and files. This is a frightening development if permission is contained in EULAs from now on.
Well, this incident is sure going to play havoc with copyright laws when it comes to issuing a defense.
An AK-47 and an old Buick a hundred and thirty years ago? Well, you'd need a heck of a lot of ammunition and the Buick might manage to carry that, but you'd also need fuel for the Buick and roads unless you wanted to get bogged down and find yourself walking with your AK-47 and whatever ammo and supplies you could carry. Besides which, sooner or later you'd end up facing a military unit with enough firepower to overwhelm you. Anyway, I think you'd need a lot more firepower and at least one loyal, trustworthy friend to watch your back.
Or if someone wants to really get screwed, sign a publishing contract with PA.
