I went to the dentist yesterday. Everything was fine, except for one old filling that has to be replaced.
I asked the dentist if having a filling replaced is more painful than getting a filling in the first place. He looked at me as though I were nuts and said, "New ones, old ones, it doesn't matter. You'll be totally numb and you won't feel a thing!"
I heart my dentist. Then again, talk to me next Friday.
How ironic. I've had a toothache for the last three days and have been forced to call the dentist after four years.
Go! Better yet, go on Thursday! If I have to go through this, I insist on company.

I just voted. The polls were busy enough to surprise the election officials. I know they say that Democrats vote early, but I'm still encouraged.
Just wanted to post an update from my little corner of the Front.
I never could get into Dr. Who, back in the day. And all of a sudden, here I am, completely jazzed for Friday nights. Who would have thought?
I'm still a fan of the great bacon-taping.

JC, Orogeny is me, for what it's worth. I saw it on a bumper sticker that tickled me, and it seemed rather apropos, so I nicked it.
I'm trying to remember all the quotes from the week. I think one of my favorites remains, "Don't overweird the pudding."
