It's back. And the Army Times addresses issues regarding the readers in a serious way. To them, he's a politician, not the C-in-C. And Congress is nowhere in the chain of command, so the Times can complain all they want to.
Heh. Germans consider speed limits on the autobahn to be a limit on personal freedom, and one that they fight every time someone brings it up.
