The problem Simon mentions above, that everything in the smaller column vanishes unless the browser window is at least some minimum width, affects me too (and I'm using the latest IE browser). Making Light has had the same problem for some weeks.
The source of the problem seems to be that if the column isn't wide enough to contain the picture, the picture and everything below it vanishes. This is a questionable design decision (possibly even a bug) on the part of the browser implementer, but as with so many things in the web we are stuck working around Microsoft's (and occasionally the Mozilla team's) stupid mistakes.
Please don't force the user to resize their browser window (or, for some users, to buy a bigger monitor) to see all the content.
