I'm deeply impressed by your civility and eloquence. I have a
feeling I would have burst into tears of anger and frustration long
before I could have finished writing a response to such... I don't
even have a word for what that is. Thank you for sharing, and I'm
sorry for your loss and for their families' and friends' losses.
