It's definitely a survey of familiarity with probability, not with
politics. I was asked the same question twice in reverse a couple
of times - eg, probability McCain wins Arizona, probability Obama
wins Arizona.
I live in NJ and was asked about AZ, MD, IN, NY, AL, and MI.
