Sigh. No time to read most of the comments here, so I don't know if anyone has posted this link yet:

Somebody posted on COPYEDITING-L a link to a short film about the letterpress printing done by Firefly Press in Somerville, MA. Definitely worth watching.

I once knew a woman who tended bar named Allison Land. Her middle name was Wonder.

I once dated a guy named Grimm. My sister April once dated a guy named Flowers.

I always swore I wouldn't stick my kid with a name that would get hir teased by other kids. So I'm really hoping my daughter will like being Quincy Adams. If not, well . . . oops.

I've been looking but have found no more than James MacDonald posted above. I can tell you that Madison County is known for its eccentric residents. It's called "Booger County" and is so rural there's not a single stoplight in the county (as of a couple of years ago anyway). It's also some of the most beautiful acreage in the country.

There's no way to edit one's own posts, is there? Sigh. Think I'll go back to lurking, so I won't embarrass myself further.

In Arkansas her name was evidentally Lisa Roswitha Hackney.

An Arkansas paper said she was wanted there as a "fugitive who jumped bond in 1999 after being charged with faking her mother's death and later trying to run over the woman"
