lived.
She would have. There's a part in the diary where she refers to a
call on Radio Orange (Dutch underground radio broadcast from
England) that the government wanted people who wrote diaries to
keep them for publishing after the war.
Anne specifically rewrote sections of her diary after that to make
it better suited for publishing.
