Not to mention Cheney is paying lip service now that it has no political ramifications for him.
Yet when he was in power/seeking election was more than willing *to hurt his own daughter* to court favor with the evangelicals.
How do you feel about restraining orders and their effect on gun ownership?
I really don't have an answer myself, but I was thinking that was a case where someone has shown intent to harm without necessarily criminal charges.
I'll agree that the TWL is far to messed up to be used to suspend what is a basic right in the US.
...at the same time, I do see the point about Tiller's killer.
The man was caught a decade ago with explosives in his car. He got off on the basis that the cops had no right to search the trunk since they were pulling him over for replacing his license plates with the word 'Sovereign'
...and thus was able to buy a gun in 2009.
I've got a velvet bound sketch pad that was a birthday present. I don't think I would have bought it for myself, but it is nice to hold/work with.
I agree with David: why would she care if it lasted through the ages? Being able to order up a new, intricate cover when the old one wore down may have been a perk.

"Trust me. You'll come back, eventually. Just like Sally."
What a creep.
I'm pretty sure questions 2 and 3 were both in Professor Layton and the Curious Village.
(I am so hoping the sequels get translated. Logic puzzles in a steampunk scifi plot with a Miyazaki-esque art style made for a very pleasant rainy afternoon.)
