Hi, someone linked me to this. I also read and reject (and very
occasionally accept) manuscripts.
You're right on the money about reasons for rejection, especially
#1 and #2. It's amazing how much pain and heartbreak (and wasted
paper) could be avoided if writers simply did their frickin'
homework or used a spellchecker.
