A true Southerner would know that in addressing more than two people, namely a bunch to use true Southern technical terminology, it would be said this way: "All y'all'll be pleased to know you've kept this weary Aussie writer-type entertained through many a sleepless night."
Are you certain that you both didn't get exposed to the flu at the same time? You might have had more resistance so the flu bugs had to mutate into a stronger varient in order to get you which is why it took two days for you to actually feel ill. ;)
Well, of course that number and type of complaints aren't unusual for a company of that type when you consider just how many companies there are like poetry.com within the industry. ;)
