    His will of 6 Dec 1784 gives "my Grand son James Seago the son of Abraham Seago decd one Hundred acres of Lland Joining George Lindseys." One of the will's witnesses was Charles Birmingham, his brother-in-law.

    John married Margaret Birmingham on 17 Apr 1740 in St. Luke's Protestant Episcopal Parish, Church Hill, Queen Anne's County, Maryland.
