    Notes:

First at Hingham in 1635, then to Maine after the death of his first wife. Often absent from meetings, in 1659 he was summoned to Boston to answer for entertaining Quakers.

No record exists of his death, but it appears to have happened in Kittery around 1679.

Nicholas married Esther Wines on 10 Dec 1639 in Hingham, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Esther died on 29 Nov 1647 in Hingham, Plymouth, Massachusetts. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

  2. 13.  Esther Wines died on 29 Nov 1647 in Hingham, Plymouth, Massachusetts.

    Notes:

The 1663 will of Faintnot Wines, which included bequests to Esther's children, called her "cousin." Faintnot Wines, who arrived in 1635 on the Hercules, was baptized 12 Aug 1593 in Eastwell, Kent, son of Peter Wines, so it seems likely that Esther Wines was from the same place.

Her son Benoni was baptized six days after her death, which suggests that she died from complications of his birth.
