  Emigrated 1634; first at Dorchester, then Windsor in 1636, and Westfield by 1672. Robert Charles Anderson says that he may have been a brother of TNH, DDB, and TSW ancestor William Phelps (1592-1672), who was, like George, initially at Dorchester, then second at Windsor.
