Notes - Emigrated to New England in 1633; first at Cambridge. At Hartford by 6 Jun 1637. His name is on the Founders Monument in downtown Hartford. He removed to Farmington at an undetermined time; he appears on a list of freemen there on 12 Oct 1669. He later returned to Hartford. He died in Northampton, possibly while visiting the family of his eldest daughter Clemence.
