Notes - Educated at Cambridge, he was at Roxbury, Rowley in 1639, and later at Yarmouth and at Roxbury again. Robert Charles Anderson has demonstrated the unlikeliness of the proposition that this Rev. Miller was the John Miller who was at Dorchester in the middle 1630s.
