Notes - The Wikitree page for Henry Thorp points out that the 21 May 1672 Watertown death record for a Henry Thorp must refer to a different individual, because of the far more specific record quoted by Robert Charles Anderson in volume 2 of The Great Migration 1634-1635 (page 193):
"In an instrument acknowledged on 15 October 1668, Benjamin Bullard stated that 'whereas Henry Thorp of Watertown deceased and Ann Thorp his wife for the relief of their necessity sold unto John Collidge Senior of Watertowne about three acres and a half acre of land lying by the fresh pond in Watertowne …, now know ye that I Benjamin Bullard do hereby for me [and] my heirs forever acquit, release and free all claim...to the said parcel of land by any gift or grant or [allowance?] from my mother Ann Thorp".
