• Notes

  His father's will calls himself a "linen weaver of Wortwell." Wortwell was a parish directly adjacent to Redenhall and had no church of its own. Its inhabitants attended the Redenhall church and contributed a quarter of its tithes. Presumably Thomas Fuller was born in Wortwell and baptized in the Redenhall church.
