Notes - He is known to have been a brother of fellow Scottish immigrants to Maryland James Beall Sr. and Robert Beall, not because we know the names of their parents, but because they refer to one another as brothers in their wills. They all appear to have arrived in the 1690s.
His will bequeaths to, among others, "my Son in law John Jackson", and he named Jackson his executor along with his sons William and Ninian Beall.
