Notes - 3rd of Flaskhill and Ledcrieff. "He and his second son William were killed by William Chalmer of Drumlochy and an armed party, near the kirk of Blair, on Sunday, the 3d June 1554, as they were 'playan at the rowbowlis in the hie marcate gait,' near the said church.
