Notes - The Rev. Crabbe (citation details below) has this Sir Henry de Grey as a son of the Anschitel de Grey who married a daughter of Baldwin de Revières, but the Reverend Crabbe's own editor disagrees, inserting an interruption in which he calls this claim "all assertion, and what is worse, assertion of that arch scoundrel and pedigree concocter, Glover, once Somerset Herald."
