  • Notes
    • Not listed in the 1881 Genealogy of the Child, Childs and Childe Families as a daughter of John Child and Hannah French, but the compiler of the WeRelate page about Hannah Child points out that, first, there is a gap of over eight years between the second and third listed child, into which a Hannah born in 1700 could easily fit, and second, John Child's will names grandchildren "by Daughter Hannah Liscum which She had by her former Husband John Fay." Hannah Child married Samuel Lyscom in 1734, a year and a half after the death of her first husband, John Fay.
