Paula Helm Murray sent me this to cheer me up. It worked.
Maybe you'd better just tell me what it is, cause it crashed, not just aol (a too-frequent occurrence) but my whole computer (that's something of a feat). We're OK now, but i ain't clicking on it again...
I read it, but I simply didn't understand it. Whatever the hell it is, it's too culturally specific for my tiny brain to cope with (especially while I'm stupid from a cold in the nose).
Charlie:
Perhaps this wonderful item, brought you you by these irony-free folks will shed some light on the subject.
This is more politically oriented, but people in my family thought it was pretty funny:

It's a messy address because this comic came from a couple of days ago in the San Francisco Chronicle -- if that address doesn't work, I can give other directions. Don Asmussen has a very funny take on Mother Nature vs. Bush.
Oh Great, *another* funny archive of web cartoons for me to plow through...life is hard. :)
Dear blog owner,
I have started a new project called BlogSpam.ORG, the reason, the increment of spam in blog enviroments.
www.blogspam.org
I have collected methods to fight this plague and articles of general topics about spam.
I want to know your opinion, you are invited to participate in my blog.
If you want to send me some stuff about spam I4ll be glad to add it to my blog. Help me to build this site, yours is excellent!
Thanks for your attention.
*The blog is under construction, but there is good stuff inside!
What's that "kick me" sign on David of Blogspam's back?
Smarter cartoon hilarity:

And then there's:

I'm just amused that David decided to blogspam to advertise his blog about blogspam.
That said, I've gotten my first piece of LIVEJOURNAL comment spam, which means someone's really trying.
